Managing /assisting in design, estimating, budget, schedule, cost control, safety, FEL, ADA, contracts, CO, project management, commissioning and engineering cost savings of $60MM with client, engineers, architects, and plant. Boiler repairs, Filter repairs, D&R MEP and replacing MEP conduit, wiring, controls equipment, office renovations, and utilities & road. IT & other related high technology field, 100% success projects, all improvements ahead of schedule, under budget and cost control, and 100% safety.

Therathane Project; $700MM DuPont – LA Porte, TX.
Managing /assisting in design, estimating, budget, schedule, FEL, cost control, safety, ADA, contracts, FNC, FCR, project management, commissioning, startup, and engineering cost savings of $50MM scheduling timeline reduced 1 month, with client, engineers, architects, and plant. After 95% completing design, estimate, budget, and schedule D&R of old facilities for new Therathane project. Area Project manager for the Tie-ins inside and outside the battery limits and worked with 6 different plant managers for their respective tie-in areas. Project was a success with project before schedule, 100% safety, 1% over budget and no downtime after start-up.

Large Capital Project Improvements including “World’s 1st 134a Alternative Refrigerant Project”; $500MM – $1.5B, DuPont-Corpus Christi, TX.

After 95% completing design, estimate, budget, and schedule D&R of obsolete Plant areas. Maintenance for existing plant.
